Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific promotional terms document, the promotional terms document will prevail in relation to that specific promotion only.

These Terms are issued in English. The English-language version of these Terms is the binding version for all interpretive and legal purposes. Any translation provided for convenience does not override the English text.

1.2 Jurisdiction & Target Market

1.3 Changes to the Platform

quinnbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, payment method, or section of the platform at any time, with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a quinnbet account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are accessing quinnbet as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

2.1 Age Verification

3. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your quinnbet account balance within seconds of mobile wallet confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one to three banking hours. The minimum deposit threshold is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods and ৳500 for bank transfer. quinnbet does not charge a deposit fee on any supported payment method; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which quinnbet bears no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. quinnbet reserves the right to return deposits and withhold associated winnings where a deposit is found to have originated from a third-party source.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your quinnbet account must have completed at least Level 2 KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for bKash and Nagad, and ৳2,000 for bank transfer.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are processed within 5–15 minutes in the majority of cases. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three banking hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the quinnbet account holder.
• quinnbet does not apply a withdrawal processing fee on mobile wallet payouts. Bank transfer withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed in the cashier interface before the withdrawal is confirmed.

4.4 Failed and Returned Transactions

In the event that a deposit transaction fails or is returned after initial processing, quinnbet will make reasonable efforts to credit the returned funds back to the originating payment source within three to five business days. Players should contact quinnbet support immediately if a deposit has been debited from their wallet or bank account but has not been credited to their quinnbet balance within the standard processing window.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses are available to players who have registered a quinnbet account, completed the required verification level for that bonus, and opted in to the promotion during the stated promotional period. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to new and existing players who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit. 5.3 Bonus Abuse and Misuse

quinnbet actively monitors bonus participation for patterns indicative of bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbitrage"), exploiting bonus conditions through low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, and providing false registration information to qualify for a new-player bonus. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be closed without prior notice.

5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

All bonus funds, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to an expiry date. Bonus funds that have not been wagered or used by the specified expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated. The expiry date for each bonus is shown in the promotions section of the quinnbet platform and in any associated promotional communication sent to the player.

5.5 quinnbet Right to Modify Promotions

quinnbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, quinnbet will honour the bonus for those qualifying players. 6. Betting & Gaming Rules

quinnbet offers sports betting, live in-play betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, blackjack, and other gaming products. The following general rules apply across all product verticals. Game-specific rules and paytables are available within each game interface on the platform.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on quinnbet are subject to the sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. Key principles include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the case of in-play betting, odds are updated in real time and the confirmed odds at the point of bet acceptance are binding.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games on quinnbet are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Game rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and payout tables are displayed within each live table interface. quinnbet is not responsible for technical interruptions to live streams caused by the game studio or by the player's internet connection. In the event of a disconnection mid-hand or mid-round, the game outcome is determined by the studio's server log, which is the authoritative record for that round.

6.3 Slots and RNG Games

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on quinnbet. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your quinnbet account at any time by contacting quinnbet support via live chat. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of identity verification. Bonus balances remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are processed within one to three business days of confirmation.

8.2 Closure by quinnbet

quinnbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• The account is found to be a duplicate of an existing account.
• Suspicious activity — including suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement — is identified on the account.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• quinnbet is required to close the account under applicable law or at the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed by quinnbet due to a Terms violation, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation and will be handled in accordance with the outcome of that investigation. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure for cause.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion from quinnbet at any time.
